Pavilion Co is a trading name of Blythcarr Property Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about anything in this policy at enquiries@pavilionco.co.uk.
When you request a brochure or send us a message, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, postcode, phone number if you provide it, and the content of your message. We use this information to send you the brochure you asked for, respond to your enquiry, and, where you've asked about a project, contact you about it. Our lawful basis for this is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
We do not buy marketing lists, and we do not add you to a mailing list just because you requested a brochure. If we ever offer a newsletter, joining it will be a separate, clearly-marked choice.
We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. Your details are processed by the service providers we use to run the website and handle enquiries, such as our form-handling and email providers, who act on our instructions. We may also share information where the law requires it.
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. If your enquiry becomes a project, your details are kept as part of our records for that work, including for legal and accounting purposes.
We use the Meta Pixel to measure how our advertising performs: for example, that someone who saw one of our adverts went on to request a brochure. This involves cookies set by Meta Platforms and information about your visit (such as the pages you view) being shared with Meta, which may connect it to your Facebook or Instagram account. You can control how Meta uses this data at facebook.com/ads/preferences. Beyond that, this website is deliberately light on tracking. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting files from Google's servers. If we use analytics to understand how the site is used, it will be configured to collect aggregate information rather than to identify you personally.
Under UK data protection law you have rights over your information, including the right to ask for a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how it's used. To exercise any of these, email enquiries@pavilionco.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
